The Twice Baked heart started out as a mint new Yeager's Poured Silver Heart. From there it gets a process of a hand baked enamel application, twice, see a pic of the oven at over 1000F. This infuses the enamel, essentially now like glass, onto the heart. Finally, the finished heart is then hand polished with a soft material cloth specially made for polishing silver.
These are hand fired and enameled with a maximum amount that will be made at 26. You will get a COA. Each is a little unique and none are "perfect". Take a close look at the pictures. The edges are not machine cut. Also, as the quote above implies, most have a slight black shadow on the edge from the process, again, look at the pictures. The back of the heart still has the Yeager stamp and markings. If you don't like it no worries, returns will be accepted for 30 days!
