These rounds are from Intaglio Mint out of Colorado and include a protective capsule. In BU condition originally purchased new in bulk from USA producer and kept sealed in their tube.
From the mint:
"Obverse: An image of Winged Victory. The full-length figure of the angel of independence shows the lady striding forward with her wings spread wide, a wreath crown held aloft in her right hand, and the broken chains of colonialism in her left hand. Engravings include the metal content, and purity.
Reverse: A depiction of the National seal of Mexico. The coat of arms for the nation depicts a bald eagle locked in battle with a serpent. Indicative of the nation’s struggle for independence against Spain, the bald eagle is battling a serpent from its perch.”
